Dear Universe,

Three days ago I flew from Malta to Bucharest to attend a conference. I was looking forward to a milder weather as Maltan heat is toooooo much for me. My friends C & Z loved it. I am not a big fan of 40˚C to be honest.

I flew from Malta to Munich then to Bucharest. It is not as hot here but it is STILL hot. Thank heavens for a/c. I know, I know... carbon footprints. I'll worry about how I can offset it when I am back to rainy London.

My workshop is pretty intense. This is my first workshop as a member of the "administrative" team. Have I joined the dark side?!

missy (drowning in tons of reading materials)

PS. Malta has fantastic knockers, I tell ya. Will post when I get the chance.

I know that using too much electricity is bad--but I can't help but use A/C. I don't like the heat.

40C does sound too hot. Mind you we are off on holiday next week and it looks like rain :-(

Don't drown. Swim against the tide.

I'm assuming the Maltese knockers are attached to doors.

ooh yes you have. Definitely Darth Missy.

Sounds like you picked a good time to be out of London. Have fun (I'm sure you are).

Knockers? Did somwbody say knockers?

Somehow, unless you (and this blog) have turned a completely different corner, I don't think these Maltese knockers are the ones I'm wishing they are.

Or are they? After all, you have joined the dark side.

Not sure what the pics will be, but you DO know how to market properly!

Wow, Malta has a some pretty ancient history, and seems to have been a colonial tennis-ball... I really must go sometime. Weather seems err... cool in a groovy way! You mustn't forget to pack me on one of your trips next time, ok?

Yip, 40 degrees is not pleasant but at least you get to see all of these fantastic places! I am so envious!

I'm with Chickybabe on that one!

40'C is our summer here... we have air con too. It's all good. Find something to recycle.

I'm not much of a fan of 40 degrees either, but for Malta I might make an exception.

You kick the traveling gnome's ass! Look at you girl, traveling the world!

Bring me back a really sexy vampire from transylvania! Preferebly anything that looks like Gary Oldman in Bram Stoker's Dracula. When he was in his young form, lol.

Have a great time and be safe! Can't wait to read alllll about it!

Thanks for your post card from Transylvania Missy! I just had to return your favor:-)

RennyBA said to swing by your blog, so as promised I am here leaving my footprint (not carbon though). From one traveler to another, let me just say how jealous I am that you've visited such exotic places!
